Return policy



Return Conditions:

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Returned products must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt.
  4. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned products.
  5. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include the RA.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.
  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your request.
