Return policy
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
- Returned products must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt.
- Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned products.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include the RA.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your request.
